Because I reported it the next morning, the Dir of Op, Dean Miniacci, contacted me by phone with offers to make up for my dissatisfaction. In my 60+ years experience, I'd say this piece of meat was cut from a roast, marinated, grilled and passed off as a Filet. Skipping to the dessert Cheesecake was good especially the fresh tasting strawberry swirls on it. The appetizer (Chicken spring rolls) was very good, artistically displayed and unique! The sauce was too sweet for me so the waitress brought salsa which was perfect! The potato soup was to-die-for delicious topped. I ordered the 4 course meal with the Filet Minon option.
